Patrick Jans

Owner - Guide

In 2016 Patrick and his wife Mieke decided to move to Somerset West - South Africa with their children. They opened Morgen Guesthouse and converted it from a 4 star to a 5 star graded Guesthouse. During Covid-19 Patrick started his tour guide course at Livingstone Tourism Academy. Short after finishing the course he started Howzit Tours.
Patrick speaks Dutch, English and German.

Mieke Lemmens

Owner - Guide

In 2016 Mieke and Patrick decided to leave Belgium and move to Somerset West with their children. After Patrick had finished his tour-guide course, Mieke decided to follow the course as well, hence she could be a back-up if necessary. Mieke finished her course in 2024.
Mieke speaks Dutch and English.

Nompilo Priscilla Khumalo

Guide - assistant

Nompilo was already working in Morgen Guesthouse and she took the offer to start with the tour-guide course at Livingstone Tourism Academy. She finished the course in September 2025. Nompilo is helping with the administrative work, building database, write roadbooks and she is taking care of the Social Media. In the future she will guide tours as well.
Nompilo speaks English, Shona and isiXhosa
